AWAA Board Minutes

November 4, 2009

Location: Coffee to a Tea

The AWAA Board met on Wednesday, November 4, at Coffee to a Tea. The meeting started at 4:30 p.m. In attendance were: Nichole DeMent, Susan Miller, Marilyn Ullin, Carol Anderson, Pam Lund, Dori Westphal, Hans Westphal, and Glenda Weibel.

**Minutes: The October minutes were approved as printed on the AWAA web site.

**Financial report: no current report

**Membership: No current report

**Programs: Deborah Paine will be at the November meeting. This should be an exciting program and members are encouraged to attend and feel free to invite guests as well. After Deborah's presentation, members will be brainstorming ideas for summer group show. The December meeting is the appetizer and dessert potluck at Ada's house on 12/6.

Dori announced that after December, Nichole will be coordinating the program committee. AWAA is extremely grateful for all of Dori's hard work in coordinating all the wonderful programs that we have enjoyed in the past. THANKS DORI!!!!!

**Venues: AWAA was not chosen to display at the Convention Center. Marilyn will submit application again for further consideration. Copper Cart in Belltown, has been added as a non-managed venue. Seasons is also back on the list.

**Meeting was adjourned at 5:05.
